A simple, beautifully minimal iOS app for daily tarot pulls and horoscope readings.
Myo Innovations builds digital products and provides product, strategy, organizational, and operational consulting.
Before anything gets built, we work through the market, the users, and the constraints that will decide whether it succeeds: positioning (why this, why now, why us), and the job the product is actually hired to do, using a jobs-to-be-done lens rather than a feature list. We work across both B2B and B2C products, and in each case that means understanding what solving the problem looks like both for the user doing the work and for the buyer paying for it, since especially in B2B those aren’t the same person with the same definition of success. That extends down into the actual user experience and interfaces, where the journey a business or client is already on has to map cleanly onto the product experience, not fight it, and we plan and orchestrate at that level of detail, not just the strategy above it. The output is an outcome we plan and execute toward, not slideware or a deck that never generates growth or solves a real market problem.
Strategy only matters once it’s sequenced. We turn priorities into a roadmap of concrete initiatives, then prioritize investment by weighing expected impact against effort, risk, and dependencies, so near-term work funds what matters most while longer-term bets stay visible instead of falling off. The result shows not just what’s next, but why, and what would have to change to bump it.
We work the full arc of a product’s life: discovery and problem definition, design, development and build, launch, and the growth, iteration, and eventual evolution or sunset that follows once it’s live. At every stage we map the work back to the outcome it’s meant to produce: the scope we commit to, the design decisions we make, the actions and outputs of the build itself, and the feedback that comes back from real usage all tie to that outcome explicitly, instead of getting treated as separate handoffs between phases. That mapping is what keeps a product coherent from the first sketch through the version that ships a year later.
Good strategy fails when the organization underneath it can’t execute it. We work on the structure around the product itself: aligning people, skills, and organizational models to the outcomes you’re actually trying to hit, then getting specific about staffing and resource planning: who you need, when, and in what mix. The goal is a product and technology organization built for the work ahead of it, not the org chart it inherited.
We build AI into how we plan, research, build, and execute, not as an add-on, but as how the work actually gets done. That lets small, senior teams operate at a scale that used to require a much larger headcount, without losing the judgment and quality control a larger team is supposed to provide. Our expertise and the AI tooling we deploy compound each other, so the output is meaningfully more than what either would produce alone.
